It looks like Robin helping a clone of Green Arrow or Aqua-man out of a stasis pod.. Course from the description you are ding your own comics, and the only real reason I say they look like those characters is the mask and cape on the one, and the fact that both the original Green Arrow and Aqua-man had blonde hair, but the one in the stasis pod is younger than them and also has a serial number tattooed on his chest, so you know.. Clone.. Anyways, I don't think Robbing has ear percings and his hair is a bit longer.. Plus the newer one has brown hair doesn't he? I don't know, they ruined it with the New 52.. Made Harley look like a carnival whore, had J rip his face off which I still don't know why in the hell he did.. I mean, maybe they wanted to clarify he is "crazy" as if more than half of Gothams overall populace whilst laughing his ass off doesn't make people think it already.. Anyway.. You're good at drawing, regardless.. Lol
